Refund Policy
The conditions for refunds for the digital service (access to the platform) are described below.
When a Refund is Possible
- If access was not provided due to technical reasons on our side after successful payment.
- If funds were mistakenly charged or charged twice for the same purchase.
- Other cases are considered individually by the support service.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Timeframes
After the request is confirmed, funds are returned to the buyer's card according to the issuing bank's regulations (usually 3–10 business days).
Transaction Cancellation
If necessary, we can initiate a cancellation/refund through the payment provider after verifying the request.
Exceptions
As the service is digital and access can be provided immediately, a refund may be declined if the service was provided and used, except in cases of erroneous charges.
